Metabolic Basic is a project made with love. Many families were hit with financial burdens to sustain their loved ones on tube feeding. To sustain a patient on tube feeding, it can easily amount to a range of RM 1,200 to RM 2,000 a month. This is something that not every family can afford. Thus, Alpro Foundation can help ease the financial burden of these families by providing a sponsorship or subsidy program to help make sustainability affordable.
Currently, we are supporting more than 160 families nationwide whom have loved ones suffered from stroke, or other conditions that require oral nutritional support (ONS) and are unable to eat solids and is on tube feeding.
